Ahmed Toufiqur Rahman is a seasoned development leader with over 20 years of experience advancing rights-based, disability-inclusive, and climate-resilient programs across marginalized communities in Bangladesh. He is a strategic thinker with deep grassroots insight and demonstrated expertise in program design, policy advocacy, and cross-sectoral collaboration.
Research Areas
The research interests focus on inclusive development, governance, human rights, and community resilience, with particular emphasis on vulnerable and marginalized populations. Key areas include disability inclusion, women's empowerment, youth development, access to justice and legal empowerment, social protection, and community-based development. Their work also explores climate resilience in disaster-prone communities, Rohingya refugee welfare, sports for development, social inclusion, and public policy advocacy.
