Dr. Mohammad Tofayal Ahmedhas extensive experience in leading and contributing to nationally and internationally funded research projects in the fields of petroleum engineering, clean energy, environmental sustainability, and advanced materials. He served as a member and later as Sub-project Manager of the HEQEP-funded project on developing a petroleum exploration laboratory for postgraduate studies at Jashore University of Science and Technology. As a Co-Investigator, he has participated in several research initiatives supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology Division, and TWAS (Italy). His research has focused on clean energy and CO₂ capture, electronic waste recycling for precious metal recovery, textile wastewater treatment, arsenic removal technologies, and the development of advanced catalysts for environmental remediation, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable innovation and applied scientific research.
