Dr. S. R. Islam is a senior academic and researcher in the field of business and marketing studies. His research interests primarily focus on relationship marketing, customer relationship commitment, fairness and happiness in consumer behavior, microfinance institutions (MFIs), green marketing, human resource management practices, fintech adoption, and sustainable business strategies in developing economies, with a particular emphasis on Bangladesh.
After completing his advanced academic training, Dr. Islam pursued an extensive academic career, serving in key leadership roles within public universities. Alongside his academic responsibilities, he has actively contributed to scholarly research addressing contemporary challenges in marketing, consumer behavior, and financial inclusion. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with real-world business and policy implications, particularly in emerging markets.
