Research Areas
Tapos Kumar Chakraborty is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Technology at Jashore University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on environmental pollution, sustainable sanitation, and climate change adaptation, with a particular emphasis on assessing microplastic and heavy metal contamination in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems.
He completed his Master of Science in Environmental Science in 2015, and his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science in 2012, both from Jashore University of Science and Technology. His academic work has explored climate change adaptation in coastal communities and sustainable sanitation solutions for hazard-prone areas.
